Hypothesis
From all the research that we had gathered, we think that consuming isotonic drinks during intervals
of exercise will be the most effective as it would allow our body fluids to be released and energy to be
distributed to the rest of the body so more exercise can be done over a longer period.
Duration of experiment: 60 minutes for each session.

Presented before you is the project done by 6 girls, 6ix, from class 3F of Fairfeld Methodist Secondary School. Tiffany, Xin Yi, Audrey, Xiang Feng, Amanda & Joelynn. Naming their project as "Thirst For Sports", the team is set out to find out more about drinks that will improve sports training and when should it be consumed for its maximum effect.
